We have a 14-day cooling-off period, which means you can cancel your enrolment 14 days after enrolling in our courses.
To be eligible for a cancellation, you will be refunded in full for all payments made to the date of cancellation as long as you notify us within 14 days of the first payment.
Cancellations or queries on your refund can be communicated by emailing support@soluxorinstitute.com.
Incorrect enrolment or membership
Please confirm your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong enrolment or service so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@soluxorinstitute.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to raise a support ticket to support@soluxorinstitute.com stating the saturation. If the exchange is accepted, our team will support you in exchanging the enrollment. Note that the enrollment requirement and decision to exchange or not are at the sole discretion of Soluxor Institute. Costs and additional requirements will be communicated based on individual circumstances.
